At a time when the economic context is making decision-makers reluctant to press the "investment" button, synonymous in our warehouses with innovations, automation or WMS changes, the continuous improvement approach enables us, generally at lower cost, to regain a certain serenity in our warehouses by improving flow circulation, saving space, reducing picking errors, or ensuring traceability reliability. Potentially reinforced by training initiatives, this approach improves day-to-day operations in the short term and enables us to "pass" an additional activity threshold, or even to prepare an innovation project more serenely.
